He was born in Lawrenceville on May 12, 1912, son of Richard and Nora Landers Rogers. On July 18, 1955, he was married to Waggoner, who survives. A lifelong resident of Lawrence County, he retired this year from the Witco Co. after 30 years' service. He was a member of the Wesleyan Church.

11th died Thursday noon at Lawrence County Memorial Hospital following a brief illness. He was bora in Lawrence County on Nov. 12, 1899, the son of Addicus and Margaret Highs-mith Leach. He had resided in Lawrence County his entire life except for 12 years when he was in Manila, Philippine Islands. He was Lawrence Township road commissioner for 24 years, was a veteran of World War I and was a member of the American Legion, the VFW, the Lawrenceville Elks Club and the Eagles Lodge.

Surviving are the widow, Mrs. Thelma Martin Leach, whom he married on Feb. 19, 1943; a stepdaughter, Mary Lou Abell, Homestead, two sisters, Lurene McLean, Cleveland, Ohio, and Mrs. Clare Muller, Oklahoma City, two brothers, Bernice Leach and Jess Leach, both of Lawrenceville; and two grandchildren. Funeral will be Monday, 10 a.m., Emmons Chapel, the Rev.
